Walking at Fountain Park this morning, I watched as a tiny hummingbird redefined the madness that often comes with morning routines. An awe-inspiring sight as she appeared to stand still while rapidly beating her wings around 50 times per second. Accomplishing so much, yet, she exudes peace. What can we learn from this tiny, powerful creature?
